In Mauritania, I learned that the nomads of the Sahara Desert have a life goal to provide water, food, and shelter to their dependents whether they are family, camels, or sheep. When they find it, they pitch their tent, drink a sip of mint tea, and enjoy a night full of stars. That moment brings them satisfaction and fulfillment. However, when something is missing, they pack up and walk until they find a place that covers their vital needs again. 

From the conviction that we are born nomads and that we are in constant search of our changeable shelter, food, and water, I accompany people of all ages, helping them become aware of what the vital elements in life are and where and how to find their sky full of stars, their personal or professional fulfillment aligned with their values.

During the process, I will accompany you as you discover the beliefs, behaviors, and emotions that might prevent you from starting your journey. From this awareness, I will guide you to define the actions that will take you where you want to go and discover the unique well-being that this journey will bring to your life and the people around you.

I have chosen a non-directive coaching methodology based on powerful questions and evocative metaphors that will lead you toward the creative right side of your brain to find the answers to your inquiries and to unpack your internal wisdom and resources.

Coaching is a process of accompanying individuals in their personal or professional development to meet their objectives, make decisions, and generate changes in their personal or professional lives, enhancing the resources that are within them.

  • It starts in the present and walks towards the future using your past experiences as a learning tool today.
  • It brings you into action by setting goals and defining concrete steps.
  • It identifies the attitudes, beliefs, assumptions, and behaviors that are preventing you from achieving what you want, and works towards overcoming them.
  • It reveals your values, identity, and life mission and vision that will spark motivation, and build trust in yourself to bring sustainable change in your life.

In order to be part of your growth process, please keep in mind that my role as a personal and professional coach is not to advise you, nor to work on a past problem. That is the realm of other disciplines, such as therapy. As a Coach, in many cases, I will not have specific knowledge about the problems or difficulties that affect your life at this current moment.

What you can expect is that through the coaching process, I will lead you to define what you want and investigate how to achieve it without transferring my experiences or my ideas. Through powerful questions, you will become aware of the “whys” and the “whats” of your life decisions and build trust in yourself to find the answers.  The questions will open your field of vision, giving you a different perspective so that you can act from a higher motivation that is grounded in the present and reaches toward the future.

My coaching style is “non-directive” following the eleven competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Through active listening and building a relationship of trust and closeness, a semi-structured conversation will start us off. I will flow with you through your life, your history and your sensitivity, and I will pose powerful questions to help you become aware of what you want and why as well as the attitudes, beliefs or behaviors that are blocking your path. My questions are intended to generate openness and provide a new perspective as well as to bring to the present moment your skills and your internal wisdom. The process will ignite your motivation, responsibility and the commitment necessary to make it happen. The achievement will be yours.

Coaching sessions generally last one hour, and their frequency will vary depending on your own rhythm, pace, and preferences. As Coachee (client), you will drive the process from beginning to end. The process will conclude when you feel close enough to your goal or sufficiently equipped to walk on your own with your capacities and tools.

Our Agreement

As a Coach, my role is to ensure that the coaching process adheres to the code of ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Spanish Coaching Association (ASESCO) . During the initial meeting, we will put in writing the modus operandi of our coaching process as a form of Agreement. The confidentiality of the coaching process is guaranteed by signing this Agreement at the time of starting the coaching process.
