I had always thought I “didn’t need” a coaching process until I met Ana. I am a very shy and reserved person, and I find it difficult to talk about myself. I don’t know how, but from the very first session, I felt very comfortable and understood. Ana will never judge you. My experience with the coaching process was a turning point in my personal life. Previously, I sought help through psychology and spiritual processes, but I felt something was missing to give me the push I needed for the change I was looking for; and I found that with Ana’s help. In this process, Ana helped me find solutions and focus on my own to achieve the proposed goal. From my experience, I realized that on the way to achieve your goal, you get to know yourself much better. I believe that the work of a coach is very important and that from a young age we should work on this personal aspect of seeking answers through this kind of approach. I can only say that thanks to Ana, I have found and reconnected with a part of myself that was always there but I didn't know how to reach. For this reason, I recommend the coaching process and believe that at some point in our lives, we all need it.
