(Martin Luther King Jr.)
As a public health researcher and systems specialist, I have spent the past twenty years working to strengthen the effectiveness, equity, and sustainability of health and nutrition programs through evidence-based approaches.
In recent years, I have integrated coaching as a powerful complement to this work, creating spaces for leaders and teams to reflect on transformative questions about how to turn policies into meaningful action. Through this process, I support them in adopting a solution-focused mindset and in identifying the internal and external resources needed to make lasting change possible.
I facilitate the dialogue between the research community, policymakers, and implementers so that evidence-based interventions are adapted to the context. Whenever necessary, I guide these critical actors to draft a road map and identify complementary actions, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and partnership to enhance health outcomes.
I also conduct professional research to determine how to improve and evaluate a wide range of public health issues and contribute to social justice in the field of health systems, primary health care, community health, road safety, and nutrition.
