Coaching is a powerful tool for public health experts to increase the chances of success to bring health results to people. Through coaching the relevant actor/s and their teams are invited to reflect through powerful questions on what the best way is to transform policies and evidence-based interventions into action based on the local context. And from the reflection adopt a solution-based approach identifying the internal and external resources to make it happen.
I facilitate the dialogue between the research community, policymakers, and implementers so that evidence-based interventions are adapted to the country’s context and existing resources. Whenever necessary, I guide these critical actors to draft a road map and identify complementary actions, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and cross-sectoral partners to enhance population health outcomes.
I conduct professional research and analysis to determine how to improve and evaluate a wide range of public health issues to contribute to social justice in the field of health systems, primary health care, community health, road safety, and nutrition.
